Smiling Mind website and app are an excellent resource to learn mindfulness. Mindfulness is one of the most effective ways of teaching us to pay attention. Millions of people use mindfulness in their lives as a way of reducing stress and managing emotions.

myCompass
This is an interactive self-help service promoting resilience and wellbeing. Track your moods, write them down and get tips. There are also modules designed to help you manage mild to moderate stress, anxiety and depression.

Medicare Mental Health offers helpful information and resources, and can connect you with a range of mental health professionals for support, whatever your situation.

This site provides practical tools and support to help young people get through everything from everyday issues to tough times.

Just Ask Us was developed to assist tertiary students find information and seek help for a mental health, alcohol, or other drug-related problem.

Insight Timer
A huge database of free guided meditations plus music for sleep, stress, relaxation, happiness etc.

Headspace
Hundreds of themed sessions on everything from stress and sleep to focus and anxiety. Includes bite-sized guided meditations for busy schedules and SOS exercises in case of sudden meltdowns.

The Daily Meditation Podcast
Hosted by meditation coach Mary Meckley, this podcast has more than 1000 episodes, each about 10-minutes long. Covers topics of anxiety, depression, breathing, anger and more.

Meditation Minis
