Keeping fit has never been easier! Workout from the comfort of your own living room, balcony or backyard. Our instructors will take you through a workout live and will be watching every step of the way to keep you accountable.
Griffith Sport Logan Fun Run Virtual
On Sunday 17 May 2020, join us anytime, anywhere to support the AEIOU Foundation. There will be three distance options to choose from including; 1km Junior Dash, 5km and 10km.
If you love Tennis or would just love to give something new a go, make sure you check out our Virtual Tennis series that will be released weekly on our Tennis Centre Facebook Page. This include Monday Cardio Tennis Home Workouts to get you moving plus some mini Tennis challengers every Wednesday.
