Keeping fit has never been easier!
Workout from the comfort of your own living room, balcony or backyard with Zoom LIVE Virtual Group Fitness classes. Our personal trainers and group fitness instructors will take you through workouts live, watching you every step of the way to keep you accountable and to ensure your form is correct.
Students, Staff, Alumni and community members are invited to join in and all classes are free. The only requirement is that if you are not a current member of one of our gyms, we just require you to fill in a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire Form (PESQ). Once this has been filled in you will receive an email with the Zoom code to access all classes in the timetable below.

Class Descriptions
Pilates
This class focuses on improving postural alignment, resulting in enhanced functional fitness, ease of movement, strength and balance. No equipment required.
H.I.I.T - Full Body
This class will have your whole body moving through a variety of functional movements. No equipment required.
Box H.I.I.T
Cardio workout based on boxing drills, focusing on increasing your fitness and burning calories.
Stretch
This class will leave you feeling relaxed, renewed with a combination of yoga, tai chi and Pilates. No equipment required.
Yoga
This class will help you to work on your health and well being. Our instructor will take you through a range of postures, movements and breathing exercises.
Zumba
Get moving in your living room with a Latin inspired dance workout!
RPMā¢
An indoor cycling class designed to develop aerobic capacity and burn up to 800 calories in 45 minutes.
H.I.I.T
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. It is a circuit-type class which will have your heart racing and body burning.

How does it work?
- Download the Zoom App on your phone
- Copy the Meeting ID. for the class you would like to attend above, paste into Zoom 10 minutes before the start time
- Enter the Exclusive Access Code (All Members/ Non Members who have previously filled in a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire have access to this code)
- Enable your video, mute your mic and get ready to move.Turning on your video is required for monitoring and compliance purposes to ensure we can monitor how you are going.
Zoom Etiquette
Please mute your mic during the workout to ensure the instructor can be heard clearly. They will check-in with you regularly between exercises to see how you are going. Please indicate how you are going with a wave or thumbs up.
