If your web browser's language or location isn't set to an "English (Australia)", this may occur. This can happen on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers. To change your web browser's language to "English (Australia)", clear your cache and restart your browser (on Google Chrome but not Firefox). If this does not work, the total dollars is correct; just the currency is incorrect.
Refunds take up to 5 days to be processed. Refunds are only available for jobs that did not print or printed incorrectly. If you have additional credit you no longer need, you may transfer it to another student.
Possible causes for this are that your credit card type, number, expiry date, CVN (Card Verification Number) have been entered incorrectly. Other possibilities are that the bank declined based on location or the bank's fraud rules. Double-check the details being entered are correct. If this doesn't fix it, contact your bank to check why it has been declined.
It may be that the password is entered incorrectly or saved from a previous user. Click the retry button and enter your Griffith sNumber and password (you may also like to check the "remember this password in my keychain" checkbox) and click "OK". If it still doesn't work, cancel the print jobs and try resending them.
Emails usually take 5 minutes, however, sometimes they can take up to 30 minutes depending on the file size. Our email system has a file size limit of 20MB for attachments. Once your email has been successfully sent it will appear in your "Recent Print Jobs" in myPrint.
