Kids of the Office
Kids of the Office is a split screen party shooter with an emphasis on crafting and fun. Players take on the role of children and then scrounge through an office setting for supplies. Weapons are made from this crafting system, providing slapstick armaments in a humorous attempt for power. With gameplay structured in a free-for-all arena and close quarters encounters, it never shies away from fast-paced shooter action.

Animated Flow: Experiments with Improvisation in Animation
A collection of animated experiments that explore the improvisational scope within hand drawn-animation, sand animation, direct-animation, stratacut, and ani-jams. I incorporated methods from the practices of Robert Breer, Michele Cóurnoyer, César Díaz Meléndez, Caroline Leaf, Norman Mclaren, Maïa Cybelle Carpenter, Oskar Fischinger, Keith Skretch, Marv Newland, and David Ehrlich. Typically animation is meticulously pre-planned via strict production pipelines - these experiments, however, explore how the animation process can be otherwise driven by play, discovery, and improvisation. The results are an unpredictable flurry of visual nonsense - wherein the processes gave insight into how improvisation can be accommodated and further incorporated into my future animation practice.

Making Faces
Making Faces is a series of stop-motion facial expression tests consisting of three rounds, two dedicated to exploring a range of stop-motion materials and techniques to find the most effective method for subtle, semi-realistic and accurate facial expression. The final round applies fundamental facial expression techniques and knowledge of muscles to Sculpted Claymation tests. My final animation applies everything I learnt about facial expression to a cumulative Sculpted Claymation which demonstrates the importance of this knowledge and these techniques.
