Student surveys

The Tell Us survey is an annual survey which provides Griffith students the opportunity to share their experience of non-academic services across the University.

Feedback from this survey is used to enhance our students overall experience at Griffith, as well as contribute to their sense of community and belonging.

The Starting@Griffith survey is conducted at the start of Trimester 1 and 2 annually. It provides first-year domestic undergraduate students with the opportunity to share their experiences about orientation and their transition to university life.

Feedback from this survey is used to improve student's orientation and transition to university experience, providing data for student retention activities and to support students to successfully complete their studies.

The Student Experience of Program survey is conducted annually.

It provides final year undergraduate students with the opportunity to share their overall experience of their program.

This survey seeks to understand what works well and what Griffith can do to improve student experience of learning and teaching throughout their Bachelor degree.

Every student who completes the survey goes in the draw to win a share of $1,000 in prizes.

The Library Client Survey is a national benchmarking survey conducted every two years (on an alternate year to the IT Service Quality survey). The survey collects information on staff and student perceptions of library service performance such as the quality of customer service, collections, technology, facilities and equipment, and communications.

The IT Service Quality survey is a national benchmarking survey conducted every two years (on an alternate year to the Library Client survey). The survey collects information about the quality of IT services at Griffith.

HDR candidates have the opportunity to share their experiences during their studies, helping Griffith improve candidate success and retention efforts.
