After hours appointments

Don’t have any time during the day and need to speak to a Welfare and Student Liaison Officer? We are now trialling after hours phone appointments between 4.30-7pm each Monday from the 13th May.

Justices of the Peace

The Welfare and Student Liaison Office coordinates Justices of the Peace (JPs) who are available from February to November as follows:

  • Mt Gravatt campus:

    11 am – 1 pm, every Tuesday, Room 2.127, Arts and Music building (M09)

  • Nathan campus:

    11 am – 1 pm, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Student Services, Sewell (N12)

  • Logan campus:

    11 am – 1 pm, every Monday, Student Services, Community Place (L04)

This is a drop-in service. There is no need to make an appointment.

At the Gold Coast campus, the Student Guild provides a Justice of the Peace service.
