Find out about interest-free loans, bursaries, budgeting and finances, tenancy and Centrelink help. We also offer a wide range of other support services, such as the University’s Textbook Exchange.
Other assistance and resources
Welfare and Student Liaison Officers can:
- provide information about relevant policies or processes
- provide information about your options
- help you prepare for meetings
- refer you to the Student Representative Council, Griffith University Postgraduate Association,
Gold Coast Association of Postgraduates or the Student Guild for advocacy support.
Justices of the Peace
Justices of the Peace (JPs) are available from February to November as follows:
- Mt Gravatt campus:
11 am – 1 pm, every Tuesday, Room 2.127, Arts and Music building (M09)
- Nathan campus:
11 am – 1 pm, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Student Services, Sewell (N12)
This is a drop-in service. There is no need to make an appointment.
