A state-of-the-art sporting facility
Home to our 5-a-side soccer competition, our Multisport Complex at Brisbane South (Nathan) has been specially designed with rebound walls so the ball remains in play. The artifical turf playing surface allows for rapid water drainage for usage in the heaviest of rain and wet weather. Perfect for hire when grass fields are closed or inundated.
The courts are primarily used for soccer activities however can also be booked for dodgeball and hockey (soft balls only). Please contact us if you would like to discuss an alternate activity or upcoming booking requirements.
Two flood lit practice cricket nets are also available for hire.

Current Griffith University students are eligible for discounted facility hire fees at this venue. To activate this discount, you will be required to provide us with a copy of your current student card for verification. Discounted rates apply to the current calendar year only. Fair use terms and conditions also apply.

Hiring procedure
To hire a Griffith University recreation facility, simply create your online account via the Sporthub and book your session online.
Please read and understand the court hire conditions before making a booking.
Step one - create your account
To create your account please visit sporthub.griffith.edu.au and follow the prompts to create an account.

Step two - make your booking
Once your account is created, please go to Bookings and then the booking process is as follows:
- From the dropdown, choose the booking type
- For some facilities with multiple courts/fields, you’ll need to select Number of Spaces. This would generally be one. Eg. 1 space = 1 court
- Enter your estimated group size.
- Select your Start Time and then your End Time. If the time period you would like to book is not available, it is because there are pre-existing bookings or the facility is not available at the time you want to book. There are also minimum notice periods for facility hire (between 12 hours and 3-days).
- Your booking information then populates, if correct then select Add to Cart
- Once the booking is in the cart, payment will need to be made.
- Complete your purchase by paying with Ezidebit and continue through payment steps
- Once payment has been successfully made, a booking summary will appear and will remain in the members online account until after the booking
