Manuscript Submissions

The IEEE-ITSC 2019 Program will include Special Sessions, Regular Sessions, Workshop Sessions and Plenary Sessions.

List of the Approved Special Sessions

  • Please consult the List of the Approved Special Sessions
  • We encourage authors to consider submitting their manuscripts to a Special Session when possible, instead of to a Regular Session, to ensure that their research topic will attract the maximum audience. Authors can submit their manuscripts to a special session of their choice even if their manuscript was not listed in the initial special session proposal submission.
  • Please contact the Special Sessions Chair, if you wish to obtain any additional information.

Special Session Manuscript Submissions

  • Each accepted Special Session will be allocated a Session Code. Thus, at the submission point, Special Session Manuscripts will be asked to select a Code of the Special Session. Please check the Important Dates section of the IEEE-ITSC2019 Home Page to ensure that your Special Session Manuscript is submitted before the set deadline.

“Further details of the manuscript submission process can be found under section “Initial Manuscript Submissions“  below.

Regular Session Manuscript Submissions

  • Regular Session Manuscripts should also be submitted via PaperPlaza at any time from 20 February 2019 and before the set submission deadline, listed in the Important Dates section of the IEEE-ITSC 2019 Home Page.

“Further details of the manuscript submission process can be found under section “Initial Manuscript Submissions“  below.
