Griffith’s Academic Bootcamps are highly effective four-day courses run in the September school holidays, designed to help Year 12 students achieve their full academic potential in their final external exams. They aim to improve confidence and understanding in senior science and maths subject areas, reducing anxiety around assessment and preparing students for future tertiary study.

Benefit to students
The Academic Bootcamps give students a distinct advantage in progressing through their senior studies.
They are designed and delivered by committed and enthusiastic lead teachers, who are specialists in the subject area and currently teaching these topics in schools.
The Academic Bootcamps are specifically designed to assist students to:
- revise and consolidate knowledge in their subjects
- increase their confidence in preparing for exams
- gain invaluable tips on study skills and techniques specific to the subject
- experience their subject matter from a different perspective
- seek answers for specific queries
- gain an extra edge in upcoming exams and assessments.

The 2024 Bootcamps will be held on campus at Griffith University (Gold Coast campus) and online during the September school holidays.
Our holiday timetable allows students to attend up to two bootcamps over consecutive weeks during the September school holidays. Each bootcamp runs for four days.
Week 1: 16–19 September 2024
Week 2: 23–26 September 2024
Expressions of interest for 2024 Academic Bootcamps are now open.
Each subject will run for four full days: 9am – 3pm Monday to Thursday. These are face-to-face courses, held on Griffith’s Gold Coast campus.
