Work with Griffith to develop an individual strategic plan tailored to your school and specifically designed to engage students and your school community in STEM

The Griffith Sciences STEM Ambassador Schools Program uniquely promotes science, technology, engineering and mathematics in Queensland and Northern NSW secondary schools.

Over 150 STEM Ambassadors come together at their annual conference  which includes leadership activities, guest presenters and development of their STEM strategic plan for the upcoming year

Through this partnership program, school-appointed coordinators liaise with Science on the GO! and lead the teams of selected school students who work as STEM Ambassadors to promote STEM within their school and local community.  The STEM Ambassadors inspire others and share their passion for science, technology, engineering and mathematics. They work together to represent their school at Griffith University Science on the GO! events and develop individual strategic STEM plans tailored to their school.

STEM Ambassador Conference

Science on the GO! is hosting the STEM Ambassador Conference / Showcase Event at Parliament House on the 25 March 2021.

The STEM Ambassador conference/showcase provides an opportunity for the STEM Ambassadors to compare and showcase their events/activities that engaged students, peers and the school community in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

The day will include a Thinking and Design Bootcamp - a Leadership Workshop by Griffith University: - How do we apply innovative thinking to design solutions in the 21st century.

Schools will then develop a Strategic 2021 STEM Action Plan where students can put  those genius ideas into action!
