We can work with you to develop systems to manage data from planning data management and capture through to long term preservation.

There are in-house solutions available, such as Research Space, Research Storage and Research Vault, SharePoint as well as several external providers that we endorse who offer discipline specific and general data management and storage. Manage and Plan

Your research data will fit under a category of classification. This classification may change how you handle the research data. The Research Data Classification Guide Infographic will help you determine which category your research data fits.

**OneDrive is also available for your personal files or drafts. We do not recommend storing research data on OneDrive as the data is deleted 1 year after you leave.

The in-house solution readily available for all researchers is Research Space, Research Drive and Research Vault.  Storage at Griffith is supported and managed by the Storage Team.

Microsoft Research Storage

Microsoft SharePoint and Teams are also available to use for research storage and can make collaboration easier in combination with the applications through the Griffith Institution Office 365 licence.

A digital archive of research and scholarship from Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia. GRO delivers free online full-text versions of journal articles, conference papers, and more.
