This service assists with managing, changing or reseting your Griffith University password, which allows access to a variety of IT facilities, such as the staff portal, myGriffith, Learning@Griffith, email and internet.

- Password changes/resets.
- Assistance with password issues.
- Help with forgotten passwords.
- Advice on password management.
Note: Assisted password resets can only be done via phone or in person at a Student Centre or library services desk.
Password change applications are available 24/7 excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
There is no cost to use this service.
