Making an appointment
Types of appointment
On-campus appointments
You can book an appointment online, or call us on (07) 5552 8734. At certain times of the year, demand for our service is high. We will make every effort to see you as soon as possible, and you will always be offered the first available appointment at your preferred campus.
Cancellations
Due to the high demand on our service, we expect you to cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. You can do so at the same online link where you booked your appointment, or via phone/ email. This way we can offer the appointment to another student who needs our support.
