You can choose to study on-campus, online or a combination of both.
Study to suit your lifestyle
At Griffith, we offer two ways to study with us. The first is fully flexible and can be studied online, face to face or a combination of both in a standard 12-week trimester, either part-time or full-time. The second is our online accelerated program, delivered part-time, with each course delivered over 6 weeks.
MBA study abroad and international internships
Our fully flexible MBA presents opportunities to study abroad, including our Asia-Pacific Study Tour, international exchange opportunities and the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) program. WIL offers a range of experiences, including internships and projects, some that can be completed online.
The Griffith MBA Difference

Retha Du Plessis
“I decided to go back and study because I realised I was very experienced in HR but did not have much experience in or knowledge of general business practices and culture. That is what motivated me initially. Griffith University changed the way I view the working environment. My Griffith MBA also provided me with an opportunity to get involved in organisations and activities not necessarily part of my 'day job.' The opportunity to make a difference presented itself at a networking night when I crossed paths with the CEO and the HR Board Director of Suited to Success/Dress for Success. This organisation helps people overcome barriers to employment by providing styling services, resume tips and interview tricks. The skills I learnt in my MBA are so transferable, so why not use them in a way that helps people?”
Retha volunteered for Suited to Success/Dress for Success for six months as the organisation navigated a restructure, and now, alongside her full-time position as a HR Director, she volunteers as a Board Director.
Make your next career move
You'll be ready to walk into any business situation and add value with a Griffith MBA.
Our MBA graduates pursue many paths, from rising up the ranks in their existing careers, changing focus completely, or starting their own business venture. With our MBA values of responsible leadership, sustainable business practices and global orientation intrinsically linked to the success of our graduates, you'll be prepared to meet the business challenges of the 21st century.
“Six weeks after my second baby was born, I started my MBA with Griffith, and I have loved every minute. It’s important for me that my kids know that I am doing something to protect their future and that of other generations. What intrigues me about Griffith’s MBA is that it focuses on responsible leadership and core principles that align with my values. I am not just doing an MBA but doing a degree with purpose. Having a new baby and toddler means flexibility in the way I study is important. Online learning has been an absolute lifesaver. I don't feel any less involved or supported on the online campus. Griffith has given me confidence that I can still put my health and parenting first while studying and enjoying motherhood. My future goal is for my career development to focus on sustainability while achieving work-life balance.”
