Step 1 - Navigate to About Me

A series of ‘tiles’ will appear on your Home Page once you have logged in to My Staff Page. Click on the About Me Tile

Step 2 - Complete Change of Hours form/questionnaire

On the My Team home page, select the ‘Staff Data Change – Occupant’ menu on the left hand side of the screen.

Select ‘Change of Hours / RFA’ from the drop-down menu.

Change of Hours

The question ‘Are you submitting Change of Hours?’ defaults to ‘No’. Change the response to ‘Yes’.

Click next to continue

Note: Enter the time in decimal format e.g. for 7 hours 15 minutes, enter 7.25.

The Standard Hours per fortnight and Fraction will auto populate based on the hours entered for Pay and Non Pay Week.

Click on to proceed.

Step 3 - Review and Submit Form

On confirming the actual hours, the next step is to ‘Review and Submit’ form. There is a section to add any comments.

To add attachments, click on Add Attachment at the bottom of the screen.

Click on to proceed.

Submitted form will be sent to the required approvers for approval.

Once the workflow is fully approved, a notification via email will be sent to the supervisor and the employee.
