Scholarship details

To be eligible, you must:

  • be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Humanitarian Visa Holder
  • be full-time enrolled in the fourth year of your Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) degree and enrolled in 6002ENG IAP in Trimester 1 2023
  • have a minimum GPA of 5.5.

Statements

To give yourself the best chance, we recommend you complete the personal statement, all statements you complete will be considered.

  • Personal statement: In 500 words or less, outline the following:
    • Career goals and aims: Outline your future career plans and details of upcoming IAP placement in industry or research centre.
    • Experience: Detail your extra-curricular and other activities demonstrating a strong desire to work in the area of project management, either in industry or research.
  • Supporting documentation: You must upload a Curriculum Vitae (CV) in the supporting documentation section. Include details of your work to date, as well as your education, community, and employment history. Please upload the following formats only: PDF, Word, jpeg or Excel. We cannot guarantee other formats will be accepted.

Value

This bursary is valued at $2,500, payable in a single instalment.

Payment

Payments are made up to six weeks after the census date, subject to the recipient satisfying scholarship terms and conditions.

Payment is made, after census, on confirmation that you are enrolled at Griffith University and still meet eligibility requirements.

Applications, including any supporting documentation, must be completed and submitted by the closing date.

Applicants may be shortlisted and be required to provide additional information.
