R U OK?

By taking the time for an R U OK? conversation and genuinely listening with an open mind, we can all help the people in our world feel supported and connected.

A lot can happen in a year, a month, a week. Whether it's your friend, family member, colleague, partner or teammate, the people you care about go through life's ups and downs every day. Ask R U OK? Any Day, because life happens every day.

R U OK? Day 2025 is Thursday 11 September. R U OK? Day is our national day of action, reminding Australians that every day is the day to ask, "are you OK?" and start a meaningful conversation whenever they spot the signs that someone they care about might be struggling.

This year, Griffith encourages all teams to host their own R U OK? Day event to spread the word, start the conversation and make connections.

It might be face to face, hybrid or virtual, it's completely up to you and your team.

Share photos of your team event and enter the draw to win coffees for your whole team! The team with the most creative and impactful event will win a $200 voucher to the campus coffee spot of their choice.
