Pathways with purpose: supporting students to succeed
Student Equity Outreach collaborates with local schools, TAFEs, universities and community organisations to co-design tailored programs that build students’ confidence, aspirations and readiness for tertiary study—delivered by Griffith mentors and role models who reflect the diverse communities we serve.
Programs and pathways
Outreach program
The Griffith Outreach Program is funded through the Higher Education Participation and Partnerships Program (HEPPP).
Griffith University offers a dedicated program encouraging secondary students from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue higher education. In partnership with our local schools, our goal is to help participants develop positive self-concept, self-efficacy and to nurture their aspirations for a brighter future.
Available workshops
Please send booking requests for a workshop listed below to outreach@griffith.edu.au or directly to your allocated School Engagement Officer (SEO).
Ensure that you include:
- workshop name and year level
- approximate number of students
- preferred dates and times (we will do our best to work with you on your preferred date).
Your allocated SEO will be in contact to confirm the booking. You will also receive an email at the start of each term confirming upcoming bookings with your school. We ask that you schedule this into your school calendar and book the appropriate rooms required for the workshop.
