How to apply for postgraduate study
You can quickly complete your application by following these simple steps:
- Choose your degree
- Check requirements, fees and scholarships
- Submit your application
- Manage your application
- Enrol and get ready to learn
1. Choose your degree
Explore our comprehensive range of degrees using our Study at Griffith page. Here, you can search by degree, career or course and find everything you need to know, from prerequisites and course options to fees, how to apply and credit transfer.
2. Check requirements, fees and scholarships
Check the detailed admission requirements for your chosen degree. Make sure to check what supporting documents you need to provide with your application. Incorrectly filling in your application or not providing all of your supporting documentation will delay assessment of your application and result in a longer wait for a decision.
3. Submit your application
You can apply via the How to apply section in the Degree Finder entry. The application form allows you to choose three preferences.
Closing dates for applications vary between degrees, so make sure you check the details for your chosen degree. The online application form will prompt you to provide specific items required and contains a checklist of supporting documents you’ll need to submit. You will receive emails during the process prompting you to complete your application and you’ll be able to track its progress.
4. Manage your application
Checking the status of your postgraduate application is simple, and you’ll be able to get all the information you need, when you need it.
5. Enrol and get ready to learn
Once your application has been assessed, you’ll be notified of the outcome by email. You’ll receive advice on how to enrol in your offer email. We recommend enrolling as soon as possible so you can select your classes and create a timetable. We’re more than happy to help you with this process, so feel free to contact us if you need support or visit the Managing your enrolment website.
