Room bookings
Room Bookings at Griffith University are managed by the Examinations and Timetabling Centre in close cooperation with other University elements.
Students or staff wishing to book a room should log into the Griffith Portal.

Our Office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday. Booking requests will be processed within these hours only.
Griffith University facilities are available for ad hoc hiring by staff, students and the wider community. Charges may apply.
At certain times, some rooms are unavailable for ad hoc bookings. Refer to the Room Bookings Policy and Procedures for more details.
