Queensland Conservatorium is at the forefront of music education and performance, helping aspiring musicians to find their places on the world stage.
Our breadth of specialist degrees encompasses pre-tertiary, undergraduate, postgraduate and research programs across two campuses. Students learn under leading music educators, musicians and composers with international experience and outlook.
Our facilities and venues are among the finest of its kind - acoustically, architecturally and technologically, including a 615-seat concert hall, state-of-the-art music technology and popular music studios.
Open Conservatorium

From toddlers to preteens, young adults to mature age, our breadth of innovative programs allow you to tailor your studies to suit your interests and aspirations.
Concerts
From February to December each year, Queensland Conservatorium offers over one hundred and eighty concerts and events for various musical tastes to audiences in South-East Queensland.
Our 2011 season brochure highlights exciting performances ranging from classical to orchestral, jazz, choral and world music. The brochure also features concerts by prominent artists and ensembles hosted by Queensland Conservatorium.

Research
Queensland Conservatorium Research Centre is one of Griffith University's 30 innovative research centres. With over twenty staff involved in more than thirty projects, it initiates, realises and supports music research that addresses issues at the heart of contemporary musical practice and development, engaging directly with musicians, audiences, communities, the music industry, and scholars from a range of backgrounds both in Australia and abroad.
