Online network storage

Save your important work.

When using common-use computers on campus, we recommend saving your work to your network storage space (H: drive) or your USB stick, a CD or DVD.

Please note: work saved to the desktop or My Documents folder will be deleted when you log out or turn off the computer.

OneDrive for Business is the personal file storage available with Microsoft 365. Save personal, study-related files, including your drafts and shared files.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a file sharing, chat and video conferencing application. Share documents, host audio, video, and web conferences and chat with anyone inside or outside your organisation.

Using H: Drive

This is available from common-use computer desktops or via FileWay through a browser. If accessing off campus, you will need login to Griffith's VPN first.

Dropbox Business

Dropbox Business accounts are approved by the University for legitimate business reasons.

Google Drive

In 2018, Students moved to Microsoft 365, including OneDrive for storage. Access to Google Drive will continue until further notice. Access to your Griffith Google Drive will continue into 2020.
