Counselling, health and wellbeing
Our Student Counselling, Health and Wellbeing team offers a range of in-person and online services, as well as self-help resources and information you can access anytime you're worried about yourself or someone close to you.

- respond with empathy to a disclosure

It's on all of us to ensure we know and can recognise, the signs of a healthy, respectful and equal relationship. Once we know, we can expect nothing less for ourselves and those around us.
The MATE (Motivating Action Through Empowerment) module focuses on the role of bystanders in our community.
