Enhancing Griffith's international collaborations

Griffith's membership of university networks creates broad-ranging opportunities for strategic internationalisation activities and importantly, creates global connections for staff and students. Griffith also has the potential to give back to the global community through university networks by contributing Griffith's expertise and resources, investing for social good and drawing on our values and strengths to play a leadership and development role in the global higher education sector.

Association of Commonwealth Universities

Griffith is a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, an international organisation of over 500 member universities in 50 countries across the Commonwealth, dedicated to building a better world through higher education.

Joining with the Association of Commonwealth Universities demonstrates Griffith’s commitment to living our values as articulated in the Strategic Plan 2020-2025 Creating a Future for All and as part of the core commitment to engaging for impact nationally and globally, including on the Sustainable Development Goals.

As a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, Griffith has the opportunity to contribute to the development of higher education across the Commonwealth, build impactful partnerships and expand Griffith’s international reach while contributing to the diversity and excellence of the Association's global community.

Memberhsip also offers Griffith staff and students access to resources, funding opportunities, and networking and collaboration activities and events. Opportunities will be promoted here as they become available.
