Based on up to 10 modules, this flexible program explores the core elements of practical management and responsible leadership.

The modules can be delivered online, on site or at one of Griffith’s campuses, and take about 8 days to complete which can be undertake in one block or broken up over several weeks or months to suit your schedule.

During your study, you’ll learn about key aspects of personal leadership including self-awareness, emotional intelligence, leadership values and coaching and mentoring. Importantly, the program also includes a focus on under-represented areas of leadership including mental health in the workplace, ethical leadership, employment law, diversity and inclusion.

On completion, you and your staff will emerge as well-rounded, responsible leaders with real-world skills and theoretical grounding that will pay immediate dividends in their teams and in your workplace.

After graduation, all participants will receive:

  • an exclusive Griffith Business School digital badge in responsible leadership
  • two one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions with Griffith Advantage staff
