This service coordinates planning and reporting for the whole of Digital Solutions, including administration of performance metrics and internal surveys.

Digital Solutions staff.

What to expect

  • coordinating the drafting of Digital Solutions Operational and Strategic Plans (in consultation with the Digital Solutions Executive and each Portfolio Director)
  • administering the collection of monthly, quarterly and annual performance metrics
  • producing data visualisations of relevant metrics to support business decision making and reporting
  • administering Digital Solutions surveys
  • reporting on the progress towards achieving Key Performance Indicators
  • compiling the Digital Solutions Annual Highlight Report
  • responding to ad hoc requests for statistical data on Digital Solutions-managed systems and services

Client service staff are available 9am to 5pm on working days.
