Facing challenges of Digital Technologies

Held 15 June 2016, MC Adam Spencer explores with the audience the opportunities and challenges facing Initial Teacher Education arising from the introduction of the national Digital Technologies curriculum.

More than 250 delegates from all school systems and sectors in Queensland attended, including school leaders and teachers, higher education institutions, initial teacher education students, professional associations, digital technology education bodies, and P&C Associations.

The summit was highly interactive with contributions from guest speakers, panel and case studies. Attendees shaped the summit outcomes via group discussion and shared digital platforms.
