What is Promapp?
Promapp is a business process management (BPM) solution helping organisations build, improve and share their process knowledge from a central online repository. Promapp supports process improvement by simplifying process mapping ensuring teams can own and improve their processes. This is an important step to building systemic process improvement practices and normalising the vocabulary for process improvement. Using Promapp, we can identify process improvement opportunities, increase process awareness, preserve institutionally knowledge and support succession planning.
