Griffith Aviation's MATES stands for Mentoring Aviators Through Education Support

This program is open to all undergraduate aviation students at Griffith and provides professional development and peer mentoring opportunities.

Students are allocated into flight groups and nominated Flight Leaders and Deputy Flight Leaders direct groups across numerous challenges throughout the program.

Weekly networking events bring the entire cohort together in a social environment, where students gain practical insights to the industry and have the chance to hear guest speakers from various aviation professions.

This program is available at the Nathan campus only.
