Gather, Adjust, Prepare, Sustain (GAPS)
Griffith led the first GAPS (Gather, Adjust, Prepare, Sustain) program in the lead up to the 2018 Commonwealth Game to promote and assist sports development in the Oceania region. The program is designed to inspire and enable athletes from less developed nations to reach their sporting potential through international pathways and competitions.
Women in Sport
Griffith's Women in Sport strategy aims to achieve greater equity and better outcomes for all women in sport, including athletes and those working in the industry.
