This research study is investigating new ways to improve access to effective treatment for young people with Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The study will compare two evidence-based treatment approaches delivered via telehealth across Australia. One approach involves training parents to support their child in using cognitive behavioural therapy with exposure and response prevention (CBT-ERP) through online modules and clinician-led group sessions (FAST-CBT [Families Accessing Skills Training, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy]). The other approach involves standard clinician-delivered CBT-ERP provided directly to the young person. The aim of the study is to determine whether the parent-training program is as effective as traditional therapy in reducing OCD symptoms and whether it provides a more accessible and cost-efficient model of care for families
