Postgraduate courses

Innovation for Impact

7123IBA

Delivered through Griffith MBA, this course explores the changing face of innovation in business, governments and civil society organisations addressing the growing number of social, environmental and technological challenges.

You will dive into Challenge-led Innovation where innovation policies, practices and investment are centred on achieving large, inter-sectoral challenges such as those at the heart of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Throughout the course you will develop and evaluate an innovation project that aims to contribute to better outcomes for people, place or planet.

Demonstrating Impact for Good

7710IBA

More than a technical skill, measuring impact has significant implications for strategic action, for how we govern and manage, and for how we lead businesses and organisations into the future.

This course is delivered through the Griffith MBA and is focussed on both technical and strategic aspects of impact measurement. You will learn how we can use data, evaluation and learning approaches to design better businesses and contribute to larger social, economic and environmental goals.

Drawing together impact measurement, accounting for impact, evaluation, strategy and foresight, you will be exposed to and test out the latest approaches to monitoring and evaluating impact across fields such as impact investment, mitigating climate change, achieving the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals, growing shared value and generating impact across supply chains.
