Ceremony registration

When: From Monday 18 November until 5 pm on Thursday 28 November

How:

myGraduation (for current students)

myGraduation (for already graduated students)*

* As you already have your graduation documents, your registration is to participate in the ceremony only; not to receive documents. You will receive a mock certificate at the ceremony.

Can't see the Registration link? Make sure you don't have any overdue fees and/or library items because these will stop you from registering. If you don't have any overdue fees or library items and your myGraduation Status is either 'Conditionally Approved' or 'Approved', you can let us know (after registration has opened) and we'll investigate for you.

Students without a myGraduation Status of 'Approved' by the registration deadline will automatically be considered for the next available graduation round.

ACADEMIC DRESS

You'll be robed in a black gown, hood and mortarboard (bonnet for doctoral graduates) at your ceremony. A white or red trim will denote the level of your award.

We recommend wearing smart casual attire, keeping in mind your academic dress will cover most of your outfit. Comfortable shoes are also encouraged.

Ordering and collecting

Academic dress is ordered and paid for when you register to attend your ceremony.

You'll collect your academic dress after you have checked-in on the day of your ceremony; it won't be available before the day.
