ITI – SMS provides data protection services via short-term backup and long-term archive. Backup protects data from human error or system corruptions. Archive protects data for compliance or legal reasons.

Support is available – Monday to Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm
System is monitored (on-call) from:
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm weekdays
- 9:00am – 5:00pm weekends and public holidays..
