ITI – SMS owns and oversees the internal storage infrastructure, software and administrative tasks and make the system available to corporate applications to host corporate data.

What can I expect?

Service Includes:

  • Corporate system hosted internally within Griffith
  • Support the requirements for system disaster recovery
  • Data discovery for data hosted internally within Griffith
  • Data protection and disaster recovery
  • Cloud storage (by consultation)

Service Excludes:

  • Student requests
  • Purchasing of storage hardware for projects

Service Availability

Business hours (9 am to 4 pm) coverage for storage requests.

System support and maintenance is monitored 24 x 7.


There is no internal charge associated for the internal data hosting service provided.
