About this service

This service converts digitised, required readings (such as book chapters, extracts and print journal articles) into alternative formats (such as Microsoft Word) to support students with disabilities.

This service is for

  • Academic staff
  • students

Note: Conversion is only available for required, digitised readings for students with disabilities, who are first assessed by Student Disability and Accessibility.

What to expect

This service includes:

  • readings converted to a format tailored to students' needs
  • readings made accessible via Learning@Griffith

This service excludes the conversions of:

  • readings that are not included in the course Reading List
  • eResources (ebooks and ejournals)
  • recommended readings

Monday to Friday during business hours.

There is no charge to use this service.
