About this service

The List Management system can be used to create specialised lists of staff and/or students to control various levels of user access in a range of applications.

This service is for

  • Academic staff
  • professional staff.

What to expect

This service provides specific authorisation access to applications for all users.

List Management-authorised applications currently include:

  • Change Password application for Administrators
  • MDF/print access
  • PHP applications
  • other applications that use List Management to maintain access control.

There is no cost to use this service.
