About this service

The Business Enablement Team assists academic and business units across the University manage information and processes more effectively through tools such as digitisation, workflow and SharePoint.

For example, there is a lot of information across the University sitting in places such as G drive, email and Google Drive that is not accessible to staff when needed. The Business Enablement Team can help devise tools and solutions to combat these issues.

This service is for

  • Academic staff
  • professional staff.

What to expect

Establishing SharePoint sites to:

  • store and manage processes and procedures (for access by teams or other staff)
  • create Teams sites (lists and libraries) to replace shared network drives for team operational documentation
  • create lists to manage external contacts
  • replacing manual processes with digital workflows (including approvals).

The service also includes SharePoint training and information management advice.

Monday to Friday during business hours.
