What our Community Internship students do

Community Internship students are gaining work experience and making a positive impact in local and global communities.

Rosie Ball is a journalism student, freelance writer, and community volunteer. Rosie is passionate about civic engagement, social justice and storytelling that creates action. She believes behind every smile there is a story, and everyone deserves for their voice to be heard. Find out more about what our students do when they enrol in Community Internship (3002LFC / 7510LFC).

We all have a journey. We have mighty victories, but also crippling hardship. Our kaleidoscope of experiences makes us who we are, and we need to embrace it.

We may not be able to change the world, but we hope with our stories we will be able to have an impact.

We believe Service-Learning is important for university students as volunteering provides an opportunity to for us to positively contribute to society and become global citizens.
