I've changed my password via Griffith Portal, how do I update my password on my device to be able to connect to the Griffith University Wi-Fi network

You do not need to update your password to connect.

In August 2019 we updated our Griffith University Wi-Fi network so you no longer have to update your portal password when it changes.

You will still need to update your password to connect to the eduroam network.

I have performed an iOS upgrade or a full Restore from backup of my iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch and Wi-Fi is not working

Please remove the Griffith University Wi-Fi profile under your device Settings > General > Profile.  Once removed, follow the Getting Connected guide to setup the Wi-Fi network access on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch again.

I can't connect to the Griffith University Wi-Fi network and Forget this Network option is missing

From iOS software version 13 and up, when you connect to the Griffith University Wi-Fi,  you install a profile on your device which prevents the Forget Network Option.

To forget / delete the Griffith University Wi-Fi network, remove the Griffith University Wi-Fi profile under your device Settings > General > Profile.  Once removed, follow the Getting Connected guide to setup the Wi-Fi network access on your device again.

I can't connect my iPhone 5 to the Griffith University network

This device is no longer supported by the manufacturer.  Griffith University are not able to provide support beyond  Getting Connected guides. Find out about supported iPhone models directly from Apple.
