The International Office is organised into four main subgroups: International Marketing, Griffith Global Mobility, Student Experience and International Administration. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Griffith International's marketing team promotes the University around the world, with a focus on student recruitment. The team’s recruitment staff have a regional portfolio, manage an agent network in their region and work with a range of institutional partners. The team’s marketing and communications staff develop and drive international marketing collateral and digital initiatives. Recruitment activities are undertaken together with the University’s four academic groups, in co-operation with Griffith College and close coordination with the Office of Marketing and Communications.
Griffith Global Mobility
The Griffith Global Mobility office facilitates and promotes outbound experiences for students from all areas of the University and manages the external funding to support Australian students travelling during their degree. The team also manages admissions of incoming study abroad and exchange students, and works closely with institutional partners around the world.
The Student Experience unit incorporates the International Student Advisory team and Student Linx, which manages Griffith Mates. The team develops and delivers a range of programs and initiatives to enhance the international student experience, including the provision of high-level pastoral support; activities to promote student engagement and integration and enable international students to continue developing their English language proficiency; and strategies to support student retention.
Griffith Mates International Student Advisors
The International Administration unit is responsible for all aspects of international student admissions, financial aid, sponsorships and compliance for international students enrolled at Griffith University.
