Selection Ranks upon completion of EmpowerED

A selection rank is the score we use to decide if you can get into a Griffith program and is based on the volume of study (credit points) and the overall GPA you achieved. Each program at Griffith University has a minimum selection rank, which you can find by visiting our Degree search.

GPA (Grade Point Average) converts your results (e.g. grades or marks) into a single score. It reflects how well you’ve performed overall in your program, not just in one subject and is calculated by averaging your grades.
