The Academic Calendar states the standard academic dates and deadlines throughout your studies. Variations to the standard Academic Calendar are determined by your study area and learning mode.
For quick reference, the below information refers to key dates specific to enrolment, timetabling and fee-related tasks.
Helpful reminders
The census date is the payment due date for your course fees. It is also the last date you can drop a course so you are not liable for the fees.
The standard census date for Trimester 1, 2 and 3 is the end of teaching Week 4. However, if you are studying a course in intensive mode, via Open Universities Australia or if you are studying certain programs (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Midwifery, Doctor of Medicine or Dentistry), your course may have a different census date and therefore a different payment due date.
