The College lifestyle is distinct and based on a strong student community. We encourage college members to improve their social and intellectual skills through participation in a range of activities such as: peer tutoring and academic support activities, social and sporting activities and by being a member of the residential committee.
Lifelong friends are made easily at College and members have the opportunity to mix with a whole range of nationalities, as well as postgraduate and undergraduate students.
There is great scope for College members to take on leadership roles by becoming a member of sporting, social and other committees that add to the community spirit of the College.
The Colleges staff are committed to the care and development of the students living on-campus. This care includes all aspects of working towards a physically, emotionally and psychologically safe environment. In doing so, Griffith Colleges enjoy a supportive relationship with the student services and other resources provided by the University.
Accommodation at the Gold Coast is operated by the Griffith University Village.
