If the event is cancelled for any reason by the Event Manager, Griffith Sport will provide entrants with the below options:
1. A refund of their race entry fee less the $5 donation to Diabetes Australia and processing fees
2. To transfer their race entry to the 2027 Toohey Trail Run

The first 10 teams to completely register 10 participants will be awarded with a team retreat along the start/finish line.
A Deluxe Team Tent will be awarded to the team with the most members registered one week prior to the event. The Deluxe Team Tent includes; premium tent location, private recovery station, furniture, and extra snacks to keep your teams energy high.

Pacers at Toohey
If you have a desire to complete the 10 km within a certain time frame, it’s highly likely a Pat Carroll Online and Onland Pacer will be able to assist you greatly. The pace runner facility is offered free to all participants.
Pacers will be available for the following goal times:
- -50 mins
- -60 mins
What is a Pacer or Pace Runner?
The Pat Carroll Online and Onland pace runners will do their best to maintain an even pace throughout the entire race with the aim to have you finishing slightly faster (30 sec or so) than the pace groups relevant target time.
Race Day
Pace runners will be assembled in the start area 15min prior to race start and will be identifiable by their large colour and time specific flags.
