How to claim your free food
Step 1: Activate your voucher
Keep an eye on your Griffith student email for a direct link to your Orientation Voucher. Follow the link or click below when you're ready to activate your Voucher.
Step 2: Swap voucher for token
Head to an on-campus collection point, such as the GU Info Hub, to swap your activated Orientation Voucher for a physical $10 token.
Step 3: Use token for food
Redeem your $10 token for delicious goods at any of the participating cafes and eateries below.

Terms and conditions
1. Eligibility: The $10 Orientation Voucher ("Voucher") is available exclusively to commencing students (excluding RSCH), who have enrolled in Griffith University for the current academic term, Trimester 1 2024 (3241).
2. Validity period: The Voucher is valid for use only during the extended orientation period specified by Griffith University: Monday 19 February 2024 to Friday 22 March 2024. Any attempt to use the Voucher beyond this period will render it invalid.
3. Redemption: The Voucher, which is represented by a physical red token, can only be redeemed at participating vendors, listed on the Orientation Voucher website, during the extended orientation period. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. By redeeming the Voucher, the student acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions outlined herein.
4. Limitation: Each new student is entitled to one Voucher only. Multiple Vouchers will not be issued or honoured per student. Attempting to activate or redeem more than one Voucher may exclude student from all further free food opportunities.
5. Non-transferable: The Voucher, which is represented by a physical red token, is non-transferable and can only be used by the student to whom it was issued. Any attempt to transfer or sell the Voucher will result in its immediate voiding.
6. Exclusions: The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated by Griffith University.
7. Loss or theft: Griffith University shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers. It is the responsibility of the student to keep the Voucher secure until redemption.
8. No replacement: Lost or stolen tokens will not be replaced or reimbursed by Griffith University under any circumstances.
9. Non-refundable: The Voucher holds no cash value and is non-refundable, either in whole or in part, even in the event of partial or non-utilisation.
10. Validity confirmation: Griffith University reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the student and the validity of the Voucher at any time during the redemption process.
11. Termination: Griffith University reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the terms of the Voucher program at any time without prior notice or liability.
