Working together in partnership

As a representative of Griffith University it is important that we work together in partnership. We are here to help you to understand our expectations of you as a registered representative and provide you with key contacts at Griffith.

Our expectations

All registered representatives must have a current, signed Griffith University International Agent Agreement in order to promote Griffith programs and refer students to the University. We expect all registered representatives to act ethically, honestly and in the best interest of overseas students, and uphold the reputation of Griffith University and Australia’s international education sector.

Griffith representatives must understand and operate within all relevant governing legislation. The Griffith International Agent Agreement identifies key duties and responsibilities of our representatives.

Agent recognition and rewards

Griffith Rewards Outstanding Work (GROW) is our renewed commitment to you - an investment in our partnership.

GROW is a framework for recognition and reward which categorises our agent network from Bronze to Platinum, with tiered levels of benefits. Through GROW, we will reward improved performance and support your efforts to do so.

Benefits are broad ranging, including our re-engineered bonus scheme, increased promotional support, exclusive access to scholarships and priority application processing.
