Supporting local communities—Pathways in Place

We are working alongside children, young people, families, and service providers to co-design solutions that improve wellbeing, education, and life outcomes. Based in Logan, the initiative focuses on early learning and developmental pathways for children aged 0–15, particularly in areas facing complex social and economic challenges. By partnering with local organisations, schools, and First Nations communities, Pathways in Place builds capacity across education, health, and community sectors—creating practical, place-based programs that respond to real community needs and foster long-term, positive change.
