About the service

Your Griffith University username and password is centrally maintained and allows access to a variety of Griffith University IT facilities, such as the Staff portal, email via the web, and the Internet Access System.

• Central Passwords (Staff, Students and Other)
• Password reminders (Staff, Students and Other)
• Support IVR Password (Staff, Students and Other)

Assisted password resets can only be done via phone and in person at a student admin or library services desk.
